The right side of the GRASS Runner is a full CesiumJS 3-D globe. Raster and vector layers rendered by MapServer appear as WMS/WFS imagery draped over the terrain.
Layout
The map area is split vertically when a Profile or Histogram chart is active:

Toolbar positioning
The toolbar can be dragged anywhere on the map. Drop it near the top, left, or right edge to snap it into a docked position. A single click on the drag handle toggles between vertical and horizontal orientation.
The left panel width is resizable — drag the vertical splitter between the panel and the map. Both the panel width and section order are persisted to localStorage.
Navigation
Standard Cesium navigation applies:
- Left-drag — rotate / pan
- Right-drag / scroll — zoom
- Middle-drag — tilt
- Double-click — fly to location
Chart splitters
When a Profile or Histogram chart is visible, drag the horizontal splitter between the globe and the chart to resize the two areas. The chart height is persisted to localStorage.
Tab bar
The top of the right panel has three tabs:
- Terminal — live output from the running GRASS module
- Jobs — list of all submitted tasks with status badges
- Map Viewer — the Cesium globe (default)
